LM-145

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer Film

The LM-145 grade of plastic film and bags is derived from ethylene copolymers made using the Metallocene or Single Site catalyst technology. LM-145 melts between 61° and 63°C. These bags are suitable for packaging blended and pre-weighed additives used in mixing rubber and plastic compounds.

LM-145 film and bags are the lowest melting batch inclusion material on the market today. They can be used in a wide variety of rubber materials, and they exhibit excellent dispersibility and compatibility. The LM-145 is specially designed to work in low temperature mixing applications where the stock temperature ranges from 60°-80°C.

The film and bags are made from FDA accepted resins and ingredients. They can be heat sealed and printed. Testing should be done to determine optimum sealing temperatures. Bags are available as individual lay flats or on rolls. Custom sizes can be produced at the customer’s request.
